::Mortgage::

Having problems obtaining a mortgage due to...

  • County court judgments /defaults

  • Arrears

  • No credit history

  • Past bankruptcy

  • Unable to verify income (self employed )

  • Just started a new job

  • Past repossession

  • What ever your mortgage problem - we can help

We have three main aims:

  • To identify where your problems lie.

  • To overcome these problems and find you a mortgage selected from our problem case lenders, that reflects your personal situation.

  • To re-mortgage you back to a "High Street" lender once you have established a good payment record.

In some cases we are able to place your mortgage through a high street lender straight away through negotiation with our contacts within these institutions. We will do this wherever possible so you do not have to re-mortgage at a later stage.

Your Credit File

Every body has a credit file. This is held by Credit Reference Agencies, the main ones being Experian and Equifax. They hold details of all your current and previous credit transactions at both your present and/or previous addresses.

Lenders will use either Equifax or Experian to register your credit information. Some use both so you may have problems registered at one and not on the other. These files will contain all your credit information such as County Court Judgments (CCJ's,), Defaults, Late Payments, Credit Applications, they may also include other members of your family’s credit information as well.

We recommend that you apply for both of your credit files (the addresses are below). Once you receive your files then contact us and we can advise you accordingly. It is possible to remove wrong information from your file.

In order to obtain a copy of your credit report, write to the addresses below, giving them your full name and addresses for the last 6 years and enclose a cheque/PO for £2.50
